a nice stay
efficient staff perfect ground astonishing pool good location
the reception staff was very efficient and friendly. they were also quite knowledgeable. the hotel grounds are very well kept. the infinity pool is astonishing. it is easy to get into town from this well located hotel.
the entrance is very underwhelming on arrival. the hotel lacks color or features to soften the esthetic of a convent. the housekeeping was the worst i have ever experienced.

The open-air gym was a nice touch. It provided a different workout experience. i liked that the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and the coffee was excellent. the hotel staff seemed very cute and friendly.
The room i booked was not the room i received initially. This caused some frustration. my room was relatively small. the housekeeper did not replace items we used consistently. That was annoying!

My stay included an upgrade to a junior suite. the room had a jacuzzi and terrace. I enjoyed these amenities. the hotel also had a convenient shuttle service to the main square.
the breakfast buffet food quality was disappointing. i expected fresher and better-tasting items for the price.

the pool overlooked the sea and seemed well kept. the hotel included a firepit and rocking chairs in the cloister area. these areas were decorated for the holiday season.
